I wanted to share something I #love to eat after a #workout! Quinoa Salad with Cherry Tomatoes, english cucumbers,carrots, pineapple, mango, parsley, and salt and pepper.. I mix in a little Aunt Annies Raspberry dressing and its ready to eat. My smoothy has cucumber. parsley, spinach mango and pineapple. After eating this I don’t feel bloated or weighed down. Its a cool refreshing lunch or light weight dinner. I actually want to eat more but have to stop my self because it just that good and healthy!
Quinoa is an ancient grain full of protein! It has a nutty flavor. It cooks up fluffy like rice It can be eaten Hot or chilled. Sometimes I add this to my Mac and Cheese! You can sprinkle this over your salad for some light weight protein instead of chicken or fish.
